This docu-drama chronicles the Civil War Battle of New Market on May 15, 1864. Local professional (Shenandoah Shakespeare) and amateur actors don costumes to play out the story of the Bushong family and Virginia Military Institute cadets caught up in the last major Confederate victory in the Shenandoah Valley. It is a story of youth, valor, friendship and love of country.
